This site was started, and is about, one portion of the Crapsey family. Since there is such a large mass of Crapseys out there, I decided to start a page just for the "other" Crapseys. So, you may visit the Crapsey Family Tree to see more information on the greater Crapsey Clan. I will update it as information is available. • Our mother is Guineth Marie (Flick) (Crapsey) Griswold.
• She hails from Toledo, the daughter of Wallace Otto Flick.
• Mom is currently retired and still living in Toledo.

Father #1

• Our biological father is Joseph Leroy Crapsey Jr.
• He was born in Toledo, OH, as well, son of Joseph Leroy Crapsey Sr (DOB: 03.23.08 DOD: 12.18.76) and Mildred (Kelly) Crapsey (DOB: 12.04.1914 DOD: 02.09.77). *you can see their photo below
• Joseph is currently retired and living in Toledo again after many years in West Virginia with his 3rd wife Brookie.

Father #2

• Our step-father of many years was Francis Edwin Griswold.
• Our dad, "Pops" as we called him, was adopted and lived in Toledo making his living as a Taxi Owner.
• We lost our beloved Pops on 01 May 1986. He is still sadly missed.

This is a very old photo of our paternal grandparents, Joseph Sr and Mildred, taken around 1971 or 1972. (I was about 4 or 5 I believe.)



That was grandma's dog, Petie(not sure how it was spelled honestly.) That dog was one little whipper-snapper. He would allow nobody near Grandma, and bite at anyone who tried to get close to her! I don't remember what happened to the little fella. (Or why she felt it necessary to have him in a family photo!)
